　　什么是Togaf？

TOGAF 9.2基礎(chǔ)+鑒定是一個(gè)4天的連貫性培訓(xùn)體系，它從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境出發(fā)，介紹企業(yè)架構(gòu)的基本概念和實(shí)踐，引入架構(gòu)開發(fā)方法(ADM)和2項(xiàng)指引和9項(xiàng)技術(shù)、需求分析和管理，再?gòu)募軜?gòu)內(nèi)容框架、架構(gòu)治理、架構(gòu)能力模型全方位地解析企業(yè)架構(gòu)的實(shí)踐。

什么是數(shù)據(jù)先行 or 應(yīng)用先行？

階段C包括數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)和應(yīng)用架構(gòu)，開發(fā)順序任意。

事實(shí)上，不管哪種開發(fā)順序，均有其支持者：

數(shù)據(jù)先行：Steven Spewak在《企業(yè)架構(gòu)規(guī)劃》中建議采用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的開發(fā)順序。

應(yīng)用先行：ERP、CRM等主要應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)（ERP、CRM…）通常將技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與應(yīng)用邏輯相結(jié)合。應(yīng)用驅(qū)動(dòng)的方法把核心應(yīng)用（支撐關(guān)鍵任務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)流程）作為架構(gòu)工作的主要焦點(diǎn)。但是，集成問題往往構(gòu)成重大挑戰(zhàn)。
